1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Maple syrup and additional blueberries for serving

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and chopped pecans into the pancake batter.
Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges start to set, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Transfer the cooked pancakes to a plate and keep them warm while you cook the remaining batter.
Serve the Blueberry and Pecan Pancakes hot, topped with maple syrup and additional blueberries.

If fresh blueberries are not available, you can use frozen blueberries. Just make sure to thaw and drain them before adding to the pancake batter.
For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon to the pancake batter.
To keep the pancakes warm while cooking, you can place them on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200°F (93°C).
Customize the pancakes by adding a sprinkle of powdered sugar, a dollop of whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce as desired.
Now you’re ready to enjoy a stack of fluffy Blueberry and Pecan Pancakes, bursting with fruity goodness and crunchy nuts!
