2 ripe avocados
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional toppings: diced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, or tortilla chips

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
Using a fork or potato masher, lightly mash the avocados, leaving some small chunks for texture.
Add the diced tomato, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper to the bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and gently fold everything together until well combined.
Season the dip with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
Transfer the avocado chunky dip to a serving bowl.
If desired, garnish the dip with diced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, or any additional toppings of your choice.
Serve the Avocado Chunky Dip with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or as a topping for tacos or sandwiches.

Choose ripe avocados that are slightly soft to the touch but not overly mushy.
For added heat, you can keep the seeds in the jalapeno pepper or add a dash of hot sauce.
To prevent the avocado from browning, you can drizzle some additional lime juice over the top or cover the dip with plastic wrap, ensuring it touches the surface of the dip.
Customize the dip by adding diced mango, corn kernels, or black beans for extra flavor and texture.
Now you can enjoy a delicious bowl of Avocado Chunky Dip, perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a refreshing snack!
